Chen Earns WBCA Regional Finalist Honor and CSC Academic All-District

PRINCETON – The honors continue to roll in for Kaitlyn Chen as she was named to the Women's Basketball Coaches' Association (WBCA) Regional Finalist for the All-America Team and to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team.

Chen finished her senior season at 15.8 points, 4.9 assists, 3.5 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game. Her 48.8 percent shooting along with her 32.8 percent shooting from deep and 4.9 dimes per contest were all career highs.

The senior captain's 147 assists in 2023-24 are tied for the third most in a single-season in program history while her 190 field goals were sixth, her 474 points and 389 field goal attempts were 10th.

Chen will graduate third in Princeton history in assists (359) and 12th in points (1,276). During her time with the Tigers, she collected three Ivy League titles, three Ivy League Tournament titles, three Ivy League Tournament Most Outstanding Player awards and two NCAA Tournament victories.
