Princeton Women's Rowing's NCAA Boats All Collect Top Six Seeds

PRINCETON – The No. 3 Princeton Women's Rowing Team saw its national seeds announced during the NCAA Selection Show today.

Princeton's varsity eight earned a No. 3 seed, trailing only Texas (No. 1) and No. 2 Stanford. The Tigers' 2V was slotted in at No. 6 behind Texas (No. 1), No. 2 Tennessee (No. 2), Stanford (No. 3), Brown (No. 4) and Yale (No. 5). The Varsity Four is No. 3 behind Stanford (No. 1) and Texas (No. 2).

The First Varsity went unbeaten this season and won the Ivy League title for the Tigers on Sunday. The Tigers' 2V won bronze at the Ivy League Championships, but did defeat Brown during the regular season. The Varsity Four also nabbed Ivy gold, earning a 7:18.72, 3.8 seconds in front.

The NCAA Rowing Championships are May 31st-June 2^ndat the East Fork/Harsha Lake in Bethel, Ohio, hosted by Marietta College and the Cincinnati USA Sports Commission.
