Four Tigers Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors

Cate Bade, Molly Chambers, Allison Ha and Meghan Harrington have earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors, meeting academic and competition standards to earn the honor.
Bade, an outfielder and a new graduate with an economics degree, played in all 48 games and made 31 starts, getting 19 hits with a double and a triple. Chambers, a pitcher and also a new graduate from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA), threw in 28 games with three starts on the season and finishing with a 3-1 record.Â
Rising senior Ha, an outfielder and also in SPIA, earned honorable mention All-Ivy League honors after hitting .268 with 37 hits and a team-high nine doubles with two triples and three homers. Harrington, also a rising senior and a computer science major, went 9-6 in the circle and made 23 appearances with 18 starts, including a complete-game shutout in the Ivy League Tournament opener against Dartmouth.
The four honorees helped Princeton to its fourth straight Ivy League title, an NCAA tournament bid for the second time in three years, and the program's first NCAA tournament win since 2005.
