2024 Schedule
PRINCETON – The three-time Northeast Water Polo Conference Champion Men's Water Polo Team has announced its 2024 schedule.
"The top student-athletes in the world choose to come to Princeton because they want to be tested in both the classroom and in their relative sport," said Princeton head coach Dustin Litvak. "These high-achieving young men thrive in challenging environments and this upcoming season we've set out to comprise the toughest schedule since I've been here and perhaps ever for an East Coast team. Once again, our goal is to compete for a national championship, and we believe this schedule will prepare us to be in the mix at the end of the year."
The Tigers begin the 2024 season at the Navy Invitational (Sept. 7-8) before hosting the Princeton Invitational (Sept. 13-15). The next weekend, the squad heads to the MPSF Invitational (Sept. 20-22) which features eight of the best teams in the country. The month of September ends with a road trip to Fordham (Sept. 27), Iona and LIU (Sept. 28).
October starts with home matches vs. Brown, MIT (Oct.5) and Harvard (Oct. 6). The annual Fall Break trip starts on the West Coast at UCLA, Westclif (Oct. 13) and Pepperdine (Oct. 15). The trip continues at USC (Oct. 16), Pacific (Oct. 18) and Cal (Oct. 20).
November gets underway vs. LIU and Iona (Nov. 2) before going on the road at MIT, Harvard (Nov. 9) and at Brown (Nov. 10).
Princeton hosts the NWPC Championships from Nov. 22-24. The NCAA Championships are in San Diego from Dec. 6-8.
