Faulkner Earns All-Region Status

PRINCETON – Jacob Faulkner was named to the ABCA/Rawlings East All-Region Second Team, the organization announced today.
Faulkner was one of the best pitchers in the Ivy League, collecting unanimous First-Team honors by doing a little bit of everything. The junior earned eight victories, four saves and added a 3.14 ERA in 20 appearances, striking out 52 in 66 innings.
The junior threw multiple innings in all but one of his outings and had nine scoreless appearances. His signature moment of the season was earning the save vs. Penn on Apr. 20 and coming back the next day to start the series finale and throwing six shutout innings. In his final outing of the season, Faulkner kept the team's season alive with a complete game in the Ivy League Tournament, knocking out host Columbia.
