No. 7 Men’s Water Polo Heads to MPSF Invite

PRINCETON, N.J.- The Tigers are on the road for a west coast trip to participate in the MPSF Invitational hosted in Berkeley Calif. In the first game of the tournament, Princeton will face off against No. 1 UCLA at 2:00 p.m. (11:00 a.m. PT).

Tigers to Watch
After a strong performance at the Princeton Invitational, Vladan Mitrovic now stands as the team's leading scorer. Mitrovic put up five goals versus Pacific, a new single game career high. He totaled 11 goals in five games and now has 19 total going into the MPSF Invitational.
Logan McCarroll recorded his own five goal game against Bucknell and tallied five steals and two assists across the weekend.
Tas Palcza was named NWPC Rookie of the Week after scoring seven goals, including a hat trick in the Tigers' win over UCSD. Palcza also notched four assists, three steals, and a block to wrap up the Princeton Invitational.
History
Princeton faced UCLA twice in the 2023 season. The Tigers and Bruins last met in the NCAA Semifinals where the Tigers fell 17-13.
Cal won the last time the two teams faced off in 2022.
