Men’s Tennis Sends Three To ITA Regional Semifinals

PRINCETON, N.J.- The Princeton men's tennis team has its eyes on the NCAA Individual Championships following the ITA Northeast Regional singles quarterfinals.
No. 18 Paul Inchauspe started off the day with a straight sets victory over Columbia's Sachin Palta 7-6(6), 6-3.
No. 97 Sebastian Sec battled in a three set thriller to advance to the semifinal round, defeating No. 20 Nicholas Kotzen of Columbia 6-4, 3-6, 6-2.
No. 35 Fnu Nidunjianzan claimed the final spot in the semis with a 6-2, 6-0 win over Evan Wen.
In the ITA Regional tournaments, the two singles finalists will punch their tickets to the NCAA Individual Championships. With three of the four singles semifinalists, Princeton has at least one guaranteed NCAA qualifier.
The singles semifinals are set for tomorrow at 1:00 p.m.
