Tall Honored With National Player of the Week Honor

PRINCETON – Fadima Tall has been named one of the Ann Meyers Dyrsdale USBWA National Players of the Week, the organization announced.
Tall added in her fourth career double-double with 16 points and a personal-best 14 rebounds along with two assists and two steals as the Tigers rallied from seven down to begin the fourth quarter to drop Georgia Tech, 67-61.
The junior registered 11 of her 16 points in the final frame along with five caroms. She scored seven consecutive points for Princeton over a 90-second span to shrink an eight-point deficit before Olivia Hutcherson's And-1 gave the road unit the lead for good.
This is Tall's first national honor. She was second-team All-Ivy last season.
Princeton travels to Villanova Wednesday. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
