Seven From Women’s Swimming & Diving Qualify For NCAA Championships

The Princeton women's swimming and diving team will head across the country to Federal Way, Wash. Seven members of Abby Brethauer's squad punched their tickets to the NCAA Championships, as announced by the NCAA on Wednesday.
The Tigers are one of just two Ivy League teams to have multiple members qualify and have the most of any team in the conference.
The Ivy League High Point Swimmer of the Meet Eleanor Sun qualified in three events; the 400 IM, 200 IM and the 200 butterfly. Sun will be joined in the 400 IM by last season's Ivy League High Point Swimmer of the Meet, Dakota Tucker. Heidi Smithwick will compete alongside Sun in the 200 butterfly.
The squad of Jenna Walters, Veronique Rossouw, Sabrina Johnston and Ela Noble will serve as relay alternates.
Four divers will compete at the NCAA Zone A Championships; Charlotte Martinkus, Charlotte Norman, Francesca Noviello and Maggie Squire. The NCAA Zone A Championships will take place at Rutgers from Mar. 10-12.
