PRINCETON, N.J. – The No. 2 Princeton University men's lightweight rowing team will host No. 1 Harvard and No. 6 Yale for the Goldthwait & Vogel Cup at Lake Carnegie on Apr. 26.
Last Time Out
The Tigers won back the Wood-Hammond Trophy against the No. 2 University of Pennsylvania on Apr. 19 at the Schuylkill River. In a race that went down to the write, Princeton's 1V (6:21.8) edged the Quakers (6:21.8) to bring the Cup back to Princeton.
Goldthwait & Vogel Cup History
The Vincent Bowditch Goldthwait Memorial Trophy was put up by Kimbal Princeton from the Harvard Class of 1924 for the annual regatta for the lightweight crews of Harvard, Princeton and Yale. While the Crimson lead the all-time series with 46 victories to the Tigers' 29 and the Bulldogs' 20, Princeton has won the event three out of the past five seasons while Harvard and Yale have won it once.

The Intercollegiate Rowing Coaches Association (IRCA) named Adam Casler, Nick Aronow and David Van Velden to its 2025 Athlete Watchlist on Apr. 2.
