16 From Men’s Lightweight Rowing Honored As Empacher-IRCA Scholar Athletes

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Intercollegiate Rowing Coaches Association (IRCA) announced its 2025 Empacher-IRCA Scholar Athletes Wednesday afternoon, and 15 members of the Princeton University heavyweight rowing team were featured.
Nick Aronow, Braeden Carroll, Sam Scowen, Noah Klemmer Domonkos, Lon Walton, Luc Harbers, Bach Ryan, Will Nash, David Van Velden, Cal Gorvy, Laney Gold-Rappe, Matteo Torres, Adam Casler, Lazlo Wenk, Quinn Diamond and Conlan Diamond were the Tigers included on the IRCA's list.
In order to be named a Scholar Athlete, rowers and coxswains must be in their second year or more of eligibility, must have competed in their program's top three boats during the current season or raced at the 2025 Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) Championship in addition to having at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA through fall semester.
