Men's Water Polo Releases 2025 Schedule
July 10, 2025 | Men's Water Polo
Full Schedule
PRINCETON – The reigning four-time Northeast Water Polo Conference Champion Princeton Men's Water Polo Team has announced its 2025 schedule.
"After graduating ten student-athletes from the great Class of 2025, the returning players, incoming guys, and staff are eager to compete this fall and build on the successes of those that came before," said head coach Dustin Litvak. "Once again, we have put together a formidable schedule against the nation's best college teams as well as two of the top international professional clubs in an exciting early season exhibition series. We have several games on our slate, both home and away, that will put us to the test, mentally, physically and emotionally, with the goal again to make the NCAA tournament and compete for a National Championship. As excited as I am to get started with this group in mid-August, I am more than anything looking forward to the growth of this group throughout the season."
The Tigers' first completion of the season is against FTC, a Hungarian team in New York City in an exhibition (Sept. 3). The Princeton Invitational begins Sept. 5-7 with the Tigers taking on six squads including Pro Recco (Sept. 6, 5 p.m.), an Italian professional team.
Princeton participates in the Navy Invitational (Sept. 12-13) before heading to the West Coast for the Overnght Invitational (Sept. 19-21). The month of September ends with a triple header at Fordham, Iona and LIU as NWPC action gets underway. Fordham went 32-1 last season, winning the MAAC Championship. The Rams took down Long Beach State in the NCAA Tournament before taking national finalist USC to the brink before falling in overtime, 18-16.
October begins with NWPC play at DeNunzio Pool against MIT (Oct. 4), Brown (Oct. 5) and Harvard (Oct. 5).
Litvak's group heads back out west to take on UCLA (Oct. 11), Pepperdine (Oct. 12), USC (Oct. 14), UC Irvine (Oct. 15), Long Beach State (Oct. 16) and UC San Diego (Oct. 18).
November gets started with another triple header with Fordham, Iona and LIU at DeNunzio Pool (Nov.1 ). The regular season finishes at Brown (Nov. 8), Harvard and MIT (Nov. 9).
The NWPC Tournament takes place at Brown from Nov. 21-23.
