McCamey, Lussi Featured as Impact Players in Gainbridge Super League
March 25, 2026 | Women's Soccer
Two Princeton women's soccer alums are making an early impact in the Gainbridge Super League, with Tyler McCamey and Tyler Lussi playing key roles for their respective clubs.
A 2024 first-team All-Ivy selection who helped Princeton to the Ivy League title, McCamey has quickly established herself with Dallas Trinity FC in her second professional season. Since the start of the Spring Schedule, the 24-year-old leads the league with 20 saves and owns a 76.9% save percentage alongside a 1.02 goals-against average, anchoring Trinity's push toward a second consecutive postseason berth.
Lussi, Princeton's all-time leader in goals (53) and points (122) and a two-time Ivy League Offensive Player of the Year, has provided an immediate boost for Carolina Ascent FC. The 31-year-old has scored two game-winning goals in her first three appearances, helping lift Carolina into a strong position in the playoff race.
The Gainbridge Super League operates on a fall-to-summer calendar, providing an alternative professional pathway alongside the NWSL's spring-to-fall season, with both Princeton alums finding early success in the league's current campaign.
