PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton wrestling team will head to New York City to compete in the 2026 Ivy League Tournament, hosted by Columbia, on Sunday as the Tigers kick off the postseason action with conference titles and NCAA ticket-punches on the line.
The first round will begin at 10 a.m. in Levien Gymnasium, with the final matches beginning at 4 p.m.
The Tigers' lineup and seeding for the tournament is as follows:

133 | Ethan Rivera - No. 5
141 | Matthew Martino - No. 5
149 | Eligh Rivera - No. 3
157 | Rocco Camillaci - No. 6
165 | Ty Whalen - No. 2
174 | Xavier Giles - No. 5
197 | Conor McCloskey - No. 6
285 | Anderson Olcott - No. 6
The Road to the Podium
As the no. 2 seeds in their weight classes, McGowan and Whalen will have bye into the quarterfinal of the brackets.
No. 3 seeds Eligh Rivera and Garcia will face the sixth-seeded wrestlers in the first round, with Rivera taking on Brown's Austin McBurney and Garcia facing Brown's Drew Clearie first.
No. 5 seeds Ethan Rivera, Martino, and Giles will face their weight's no. 4 seed in the first round. Rivera will take on Harvard's Coleman Nogle, and Martino will face a rematch with Columbia's Lorenzo Frezza. Giles will go up against Harvard's Matthew Walsh.
Seeded sixth, Camillaci will first face no.3-seeded Jimmy Harrington of Harvard. McCloskey's first round opponent will be Penn's Martin Cosgrove. Olcott's first round match will be against Penn's John Pardo.
Last Year's ILT
Princeton hosted the inaugural Ivy League Tournament last year in Jadwin Gym. McGowan (125) and Luke Stout (197) became two of the first-ever Ivy individual champions at their weight classes. In addition to the champions, Rivera (141) claimed silver, and Dan Jones (133) and Whalen (149) claimed bronze at their weights.
Looking for Ticket Punches
The Tigers sent five to the NCAA Championships in 2025, marking just the seventh time Princeton has had five or more advance to nationals. Among the qualifiers, four returned this year in McGowan, Rivera, Whalen and Mulhauser, with Luke Stout graduating in '25. With Mulhauser's season ended due to injury, McGowan, Rivera and Whalen are in contention for a second ticket-punch this year. With three allocations at 149 and 165, Rivera and Whalen will need bronze or higher to automatically qualify at the ILT. Returning champ McGowan will need a spot in the final match to clinch a spot.
