Women's Water Polo Ties Program Record With Four All-Americans

PRINCETON - The Princeton Women's Water Polo Team had four members named Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches' (ACWPC) All-Americans, the organization announced today.
Shanna Davidson, Olivia Krotts, Ava Houlahan and Lindsey Lucas all earned Honorable Mention accolades. This is the first All-America honor for Davidson, Krotts and Houlahan while Lucas is just the fourth Tiger to nab four All-America laurels. The Tigers' fou honorees matches the 2023 squad for most in program history.
Davidson had a career year with a personal-high 71 goals, 50 assists, 54 steals and 25 sprint wins. The senior captain scored in 25 contests, producing 14 hat tricks including three five-goal performances along with 15 multi-assist outings and 15-multi-steal games.
Krotts set new personal mark in goals (60) and drawn ejections (64). Krotts more than doubled her career tallies as she came into the season with 45 in her first two campaigns. The junior scored a tally in 29 games in 2026, adding eight hat tricks and had 18 contests with at least two drawn ejections.
Houlahan had a banner campaign with a personal-best 46 goals, along with 35 assists, 36 steals and 15 blocks. The senior captain had 13 multi-goal games including four tallies vs. Santa Clara (Jan. 31) and No. 24 Pomona-Pitzer (Mar. 14). She also produced 20 contests with at least one assist including four at No. 25 Villanova (Feb. 19).
Lucas corralled a 19-6 record along with a .568 save percentage and 251 saves. Her signature game was an 18-save performance vs. No. 25 Pomona-Pitzer, allowing just one goal. She also became the CWPA's all-time leader (man or woman) in Player of the Week honors (27) this season. The senior captain had 15 10+ save outings in 2026.
