At Princeton — 2018: rowed in the 5V and placed fourth in the Eastern Sprints grand final … rowed in both the 4V and 5V during the season, and was part of 4V sweep of Yale and Harvard on the Housatonic. 2015: rowed in the 7 seat and helped the 5V to a bronze medal at the Eastern Sprints.

Before Princeton — competed all four years in cross country … salutatorian at Cicero-North Syracuse High.

Personal — born Dec. 27, 1995 … son of David and Kathleen Salmons … has a sister Kelly … enjoys running and playing the viola.
