How do I create an account on goprincetontigers.com/tickets?
- Click “Sign In” in the top right corner of the ticketing page.
- If you do not already have an account, select “Register for Free.”
- Princeton University Faculty/Staff: Click “Princeton Student / Faculty / Staff” under the “Sign in with…” option instead of choosing “Register for Free.”
- Check your email for a message from Athletics Ticketing (donotreply@athletics.tickets.princeton.edu). Follow the link in that email to verify your address and activate your account.
How do I access and store my tickets?
Once logged in, go to the “Tickets” section of your account. Your tickets will be grouped by event in easy-to-find tiles.
Use the action buttons on each tile to store or manage multiple tickets at once.
Tip: For season tickets, everything is grouped under a single event tile. You can store one mobile pass per seat for the entire season.
To add an individual ticket / season pass to your mobile wallet:
- Click the tile for the event you’re attending.
- Scroll left or right to view additional tickets.
- Tap “Add to Wallet” on the ticket(s) you want to store.
- Tap “Add” in the top right corner to save it to your mobile wallet.
How Season Ticket Passes Work?
With our new system, you only need one mobile pass per season ticket — no need to download a new ticket for each game!
- When you download your season pass, it will display details for the first home game.
- After the first game has concluded, the pass automatically updates to the next game
How do I transfer my individual game tickets?
Want to send tickets to someone else? Here’s how:
- Select “Transfer” on the event tile.
- Choose the seat(s) you want to transfer, then tap “Proceed.”
- Select the game(s) you'd like to transfer.
- Enter the recipient’s email address.
- Tap “Submit” to complete the transfer.
The recipient will get an email with a link to accept the tickets.
They do not need to create an account to receive them.
You can cancel a transfer at any time before it’s accepted.

Important Information About Mobile Wallets
If you add your season tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, please review the information below carefully:
- When season tickets are stored in a mobile wallet, they are treated as one season-long pass, not individual game tickets.
- Transferring tickets from your mobile wallet will transfer the entire season, even if only one game is visible at the time.
- The game displayed in your wallet will automatically update to show the next upcoming event throughout the season.
Season Ticket Individual Game Transfers
- To transfer individual games, you must complete the transfer directly through your ticket account at goprincetontigers.com/tickets.
- If you transfer an individual game through your account while your season tickets remain in your mobile wallet, the wallet will automatically update to display the next game.
Example: If you transfer your Men's Lacrosse vs. Penn State ticket, Penn State will no longer appear in your wallet. Instead, the wallet will update to show the Men's Lacrosse vs. Syracuse game.
