Holmes-Winn on Capps:
Lauren earned our most improved player award this past spring. She is extremely skilled and sees the game well but always seemed to be holding back. This spring she really let go of her fear and put it all out there. The result was a confident, smart, effective player who was our most consistent striker of the spring. We have high hopes for Lauren this fall.
