Paul Oliu rejoined the Princeton soccer staff in 2008 season. He was a member of the staff from 2002-05 as the goalkeeper coach.
Prior to his first stint at Princeton, he was the assistant coach at his alma mater Mount Olive College.
A four-year starter for the Raiders, Oliu was the teams’ goalkeeper for three years and a forward for one season. He earned all-league honors at both positions.
After graduation he played for the Penn/Jersey Spirit of the American Professional Soccer League and the Canton Invaders of the National Professional Soccer League.
He is currently employed with CheckFree Investment Services as the Director of Marketing. Prior to joining CheckFree, Oliu spent 10 years at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers as an Assistant Vice President for the fixed income group.
