Kelly Munroe was named an assistant coach in September 2010.
She is involved in all aspects of the program including: player development, recruiting, scouting, video breakdowns, game and practice planning. On the field her focus on the defensive unit.
A 2009 graduate of Boston University, Munroe earned All-America honors her senior year when she was the team captain. She helped the Terriers to four straight America East conference championships and NCAA Tournament appearances. Munroe started every single game her sophomore, junior and senior seasons. She is a three-time all-conference and two-time all-region honoree, who captured the 2008 America East Tournament Most Outstanding Player award. Munroe completed her career with 61 caused turnovers, 12th in school history.Munroe comes to Princeton from American University where she was an assistant coach during the 2010 season. At American, Munroe helped the Eagles to the second best caused turnover average (7.50) in the Patriot League, while one of her players held the highest caused turnover average in the conference at 1.88 per game.
Additionally, in each of the last two years, Munroe has been selected to compete for the prestigious United States Lacrosse Developmental National Team.
