A two-time All-American, Briger was a three-time Goalie of the Year in the West Bay Athletic League (WBAL). A four-time all-league selection, she finished her career with 383 saves, 128 ground balls and 74 caused turnovers. Sacred Heart was league champion in 2019, when she had 86 saves, 44 ground balls and 18 caused turnovers. The team was WBAL tournament champion in 2016.
Briger played for the US Lacrosse Women's National Tournament NorCal Team 1 in 2017 and was on the Under Armour All-American Command Division West Team in 2016.
A 2019 Adrenaline All-American, Briger was named to the USA Today All-USA Preseason High School Girls Lacrosse Team and was a 49er Cal Hi Sports Spring Season Scholar-Athlete.
Briger also played for the Israeli U19 national team and was tournament MVP in 2017.
Invited for a tryout with the USA U19 Team, Briger played club lacrosse for Tenacity and Team HLA.
