Class of 2000 Susan Teeter Award Recipient
2021-22: First team All-Ivy League in the 200 medley relay and named to the academic All-Ivy League team...Finished 15th in the 100 breaststroke, 16th in the 200 breaststroke and 21st in the 200 IM at the Ivy League Championships...Recipient of the Class of 2000 Susan Teeter Award, presented annuall to a senior class swimmer or diver who, during her four year career, has distinguished herself as both an outstanding student and valuable member of the women's swimming and diving team.
2020-21: Season canceled due to COVID-19.
2019-20: Posted a best time of 29.41 in the 50 breaststroke (29.41) at the HYP Meet...competed in every regular season meet ...
2018-19: Advanced to the B final of the 100 breaststroke and the C final of the 200 IM at the Ivy League Championships....set best times in the 50 back (26.67) at the Cornell-Penn tri-meet and the 50 fly (26.37) at the Bruno Invitational.
Before Princeton: Won eight high school league titles … placed in the Top 3 in all events at sectional championships, including 2018 wins in 200 IM and 100 breast … four-year state championships qualifier, and finished as high as fourth … holds every Harker School record except for 100 fly … invited to Western Zone Select Camp … has competed at several Pacific Swimming-sponsored meets and camps … earned multiple Scholastic All-American honors … awarded Love of Learning Award from at least one teacher during every year of high school.
Personal: Born Sept. 10, 2000 … daughter of Ting Zhang and Man Wang … very involved in community service, especially with children … loves music, and spent many years in the choir; also enjoys dance, piano, and clarinet … considering Operations Research and Financial Engineering or Economics as potential focuses at Princeton.
