- Volunteer Assistant Coach
Marc Nichols joined the women's tennis program as a volunteer assistant coach in August 2015.
A Lawrenceville resident, Nichols has served since 2005 as the High Performance Junior Program Director at the Princeton Racquet Club, a span that saw him attend and compete at Mercer County Community College and The College of New Jersey. While at MCCC, Nichols served as the team captain and held the top singles and doubles positions, earning a No. 1 ranking among all NJCAA players in singles and winning a national title in 2009 while earning All-America honors. Nichols also played at the top of TCNJ's singles and doubles lineups, ascending as high as No. 5 in the NCAA Region 3 rankings in doubles while serving as the team captain.
Nichols holds a U.S. Professional Tennis Association Professional 1 Certification. Following his playing career at TCNJ, Nichols served as an assistant coach for the men's and women's tennis programs at his alma mater for two seasons.
