NEWARK, DEL. - The Princeton University women's volleyball team was one game away from a devastating Saturday afternoon at the Delaware Invitational. After watching a 2-1 lead against the host Delaware squad slip away in the day's first match, Princeton also saw another lead get squandered. This time, though, the Tigers didn't let the match get away. Although Bucknell rallied from an 0-2 deficit to even the match, it wasn't able to overtake the Tigers, now 4-6.
Rose Kuhn (Sr., Laguna Beach, Cal.) was named to the all-tournament team. She ended the four-match tournament with 65 kills. The Tigers will next travel to Manhattan on Wednesday. Princeton defeated the Jaspers, 3-0, in the St. John's Tournament.
