Cramm Named Ivy Volleyball Rookie Of The Year

Kellie Cramm (Fr., Laguna Beach, Calif.) became the fourth Princeton player to be named Ivy League women's volleyball Rookie of the Year when the league honors were announced.
Cramm, who helped lead Princeton to the Ivy League championship, averaged 3.12 kills and 2.43 digs per game. She turned in an outstanding performance at the Ivy tournament, where she pounded out 52 kills and had just nine errors in 121 attempts, finishing the tournament with a .355 hitting percentage. Her totals for the tournament included 4.73 kills and 3.27 digs per game.
Princeton senior Sabrina King (Sr., Laguna Beach, Calif.) was a unanimous first-team All-Ivy selection for the second-straight year. King, the 1999 Ivy Player of the Year, King, averaged 3.50 kills per game and 3.78 digs per game.
Emily Brown (Sr., Palo Alto, Calif.), the only other Tiger honored, was a second-team All-Ivy pick.
Princeton won its fourth Ivy championship in the last five years and 13th overall. The Tigers will find out next week their NCAA tournament seed and opponent.
