Women's Hockey Takes Both Games From St. Cloud State

ST. CLOUD, Minn. - Andrea Kilbourne scored the game-winning goal in overtime to give the Princeton women's hockey team the 4-3 over St. Cloud State Saturday night. The Tigers took back-to-back games from the Huskies on the road.
The game was scoreless through most of the first period before St. Cloud State got on the board on a power-play goal at 17:32. The Huskies scored again early in the second period before Abbey Fox converted on the power play. Princeton evened the score at 2-2 with another power-play goal in the third period by Gretchen Anderson.
SCSU would get one more on the board in the third period at 11:06 while Princeton was short handed to go ahead 3-2. Laura Hays responded with less than six minutes to go to tie the game at 3-3. Kilbourne's overtime goal, assisted by Anderson and Susan Hobson, at 1:34 into the extra period gave Princeton the win in its first overtime game of the season.
Princeton will take on Providence College on Saturday, Dec. 9 at 2:00 p.m. at Baker Rink.
