New Haven, Conn. - The Princeton women's squash team took the first step towards a third-straight national title when it defeated Brown 9-0 in the Howe Cup quartefinals at Yale.

Second-seeded Princeton will meet third-seeded Trinity, a 6-3 winner over the host school, in Saturday's semifinal round. Top-seeded Penn faces No. 4 Harvard in the other semifinal.

Julia Beaver led the way for the Tigers with a win at No. 1. The other winners (in order) were Meredith Quick, Blair Irwin, Liz Kelly, Emily Eynon, Anna Minkowski, Courtenay Green, Jen Shingleton and Rebecca Gutner.
