Tigers Finish Up Strong at Penn Relays

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - The Princeton University men's and women's track and field teams participated in the 106th running of the Penn Relays at the University of Pennsylvania's Franklin Field in Philadelphia.
Today's action was highlighted with a fourth-place finish in the pole vault by Jonathan Jessup. Jessup achieved a height of 16-5 for the fourth place finish. Liam Morton finished 12th in the javelin throw. He had a distance of 197-01. Princeton had two competitors in the triple jump. David Gary finished 12th with a mark of 46-2.25 and Pat McGinley had a distance of 45-6.5.
Princeton's 4x800-meter relay team finished eighth with a time of 7:30.68
The Tigers host the Princeton Invitational on Saturday ,May 6 at Weaver Stadium.
