Tigers Conclude Regular Season with Larry Ellis Invitational

PRINCETON, N.J. – Closing out the regular season, the Princeton men's track and field team had a strong showing on day two of the Larry Ellis Invitational on Saturday in Weaver Stadium.
Jackson Clarke won the 100m with a new personal best of 10.21, moving him up to second in the all-time program record book. Charlie Sexton was just behind him in second, matching his PR of 10.31 which ranks eighth on the all-time leaderboard.
Greg Foster won the 110m hurdles, matching his program all-time second-best PR of 13.78.
Foster, Clarke, Kavon Miller and Charlie Sexton won the 4x100 relay, running 39.59.
Several first-year Tigers set new personal bests on the day, as Thomas Arender ran 1:54.20 in the 800m. In the 200m, Isaiah Bright ran 21.56 for fifth place, and Asa Marsh set a new best with 21.80 for 10th.
In the shot put, Tyler Konopka took second with a time of 17.85m/58-6.75. Anthony Liakhnovich and Joey Goodenow took seventh and eighth, throwing 17.12m/56-2 and 16.59/54-5.25, respectively.
Xavier Donaldson took third in the 400m, clocking in at 47.35.

The Tigers will now turn their attention to the Ivy Outdoor Championships as they look to complete a third-straight triple crown. Heps will be held on May 16th and 17th at the Tigers' home in Weaver Stadium.
