Tigers defeat Jacksonville at Brown Tourney

Providence, Rhode Island - Sophomore Michelle Buffum and freshman Kellie Cramm recorded 11 and 10 kills respectively as the Princeton Tigers defeated Jacksonville in four games at Brown University's tournament. While usually an offensive force, Sabrina King, led the Princeton defenses with 15 digs. Jacksonville's Brooke Jackson and Kelly Ryals each tallied 15 kills in a losing effort. Princeton (3-1,0-0) faces St. Peters and La Salle in the remaining games of the tournament.
Totals: Princeton def. Jacksonville 3-1 (15-7, 15-4, 8-15, 15-6). Kills: Jacksonville 59 (Jackson and Ryals, 15), Princeton 47 (Buffum, 11). Digs: Jacksonville 60 (Windell, 12), Princeton 55 (King, 15).
