Princeton Drops Disappointing Match to St. Peter's

Jersey City, N.J. - Princeton dropped a heart-breaking four-game match to St. Peter's, who the Tigers defeated on September 16th in four games at Brown's tournament, on Wednesday night. St. Peter's was lead by Valentina Zahaerieva, who registered 30 kills and 23 digs in the match, as the Peahens (2-12) played their first home match of the season. St. Peter's also was lead by Beth Lynch, who recorded a match-high 57 assists. Cramm tallied 17 kills to lead the Tigers in defeat, and Sabrina King added a match-high 24 digs for Princeton. Junior Ana Yoerg logged 43 assists and 15 digs for the Tigers. The Tigers play next at the Juniata Tournament in Huntingdon, Pa. This weekend. Princeton faces Cortland and Juniata on Friday September 29th and Franklin and Marshall on Saturday.
