Kilbourne, Grumet-Morris and Anderson Earn ECAC All-Conference Honors

PRINCETON, N.J. - Andrea Kilbourne (Jr., Saranac Lake, N.Y.) was named to the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference women's hockey all-conference second-team for the 2000-01 season. The forward finished the season ranked fifth in the ECAC in point scoring with 15 goals and 18 assists for 33 points in conference games. She led Princeton in scoring with 22 goals and 27 assists.
Aviva Grumet-Morris (Jr., Evanston, Ill.) was named honorable mention all-conference. Grumet-Morris was tied for seventh in defenseman scoring in the conference with four goals and 11 assists. She was Princeton's fourth leading scorer with four goals and 15 assists.
Gretchen Anderson (Fr., Natick, Mass.) was named to the ECAC all-rookie squad. Anderson was ninth in the conference in freshman scoring with six goals and seven assists. She was Princeton third leading scorer and lead the freshman with 13 goals and 10 assists. Princeton had nine players named to the ECAC all-academic squad. Melissa Deland (Jr., Washington, D.C.), Jessica Fedderly (Jr., Wyoming, Minn.), Lucy Firestone (Sr., Washington, D.C.) Grumet-Morris, Laura Hays (Sr., Meadville, Pa.), Nikola Holmes (So., Apple Valley, Minn.), Kilbourne, Laura Kornhauser (So., Princeton, N.J.) and Melissa Tilney (So., Newton, Mass.) were named to the first ever ECAC all-academic squad.
To be named to the team, a student-athlete must have completed at least one academic year, have a cumulative grade-point average of at least a 3.00 on a 4.00 scale and have competed in at least one-half of her team's contests during the season.
