PRINCETON, N.J. - The Princeton heavyweight men, lightweight men and women's open varsity 8 crew teams all won its races this weekend with the men's heavy and lightweight crews winning all five races.

The lightweight men's crew team won every race at the Platt Cup hosted by Cornell. The first varsity boat finished well ahead of Rutgers and Cornell with a time of 6:25.

The men's heavyweight team also took all five races against Penn and Columbia in the Childs Cup on the Harlem River hosted by Columbia University. The first varsity boat defeated Penn and Columbia with a time of 6:01.2.

The women's open first varsity boat was the only team to win a race in a day of rowing at Cornell with Radcliff. The varsity boat finished ahead of Radcliffe by nine seconds and Cornell by 16 seconds with a time of 7:07.24.
