Grove City, Pa. - The Princeton Tigers defeat Indiana, 12-6 in women's water polo action today during the second day of competition of the CWPA Southern Division tournament. With the victory over Indiana, a team that the Tigers beat earlier in the season, Princeton moves on to the championship match, held tonight at 9 p.m. The Tigers will face the winner of the Michigan / George Washington match to be held later today
The Tigers never lost the lead and entered halftime up 5-2. Adele McCarthy-Beauvais led the Tiger offense, scoring five goals. Jenny Edwards had a fantastic match registering two goals, two assists and four steals. Jenny Hildebrand had nine saves in goal.
