Men's Golf Takes 10th at James Madison Invitational

HARRISONBURG, VA. - Freshman David Huestis (Columbus, Ohio) shot a two-over par 144 to lead Princeton to a 10th place finish at the two-day James Madison Invitational. Huestis, who shot a three-under par 68 on the opening day, finished in a eight-way tie for 22nd place, nine shots behind winner John DeForest of St. John's .
Junior Cassidy Traub (Long Beach, Calif.) shot a two-round total of 147 to finish in a nine-way tie for 38th. Senior co-captains James Milam (Idaho Falls, Id.) and Nat Hoopes (Marion, Mass.) each shot a 150 to finish in a eight-way tie for 68th at the tournament.
The Tigers return to action on Oct. 4-6 at the Temple Golf Invitational.
