Anderson Named ECAC Player of the Week

Centerville, Mass. - Gretchen Anderson was named the ECAC Player of the Week after recording four goals and an assist on the weekend. Anderson, who missed the beginning of the season due to injury, has scored five goals in four games this year. Susan Hobson and Tarah Clark were named to the weekly honor roll. Princeton went 1-0-1 on the weekend in non-conference action to improve to 6-2-2.
Anderson scored her first goal with 13 seconds ticked of the first-period clock as the Tigers went on to defeat the Huskies of Northeastern 6-2. Anderson tallied two more goals in the third period, picking up the hat trick. On Saturday, November 30, Anderson scored in the 2-2 draw with Maine.
Hobson scored two goals and recorded one assist in the win over Northeastern. Hobson picked up the assist on Anderson's goal in the Maine match.
Clark scored the game-winning goal in Princeton's victory over Northeastern. Clark also picked up an assist on the Tigers' final goal of the match. Prior to this weekend, Clark had played in eight games, recording one goal.
