Princeton Track and Field Host February Festival

Princeton, N.J. - In the week heading into the Heptagonal Championships, Princeton hosted the February Festival, a non team-scoring track and field competition. Competing in the meet were more than 400 athletes representing 12 colleges and universities and several track clubs.
Wesley Stockard finished first in the 5000m run in a time of 15:04.16. Marcus Ford-Bey finished first in the men's triple jump with a distance of 13.93. Cameron Atkinson captured the men's 55m dash title with a time of 6.42. Robert Hulik finished first in the 800m with a time of 1:53.91. Seamus Whelton finshed first in the 1000m with a time of 2:27.99
Brook Minor captured the women's high jump title, leaping over 1.65m. Randy Buzzell finished first in the women's 800m with a time of 2:15.05. Chelo Canino cleared 3.75m in the women's pole vault to take first place. Emily Kroshus finished first in the women's 3000m in a time of 10:05.58
