Men's Track and Field competes at Raleigh Relays and Stanford Invitational

As some of the men's track and field athletes were competing at the Raleigh Relays hosted by North Carolina State, others were competing at the Stanford Invitational. Josh McCaughey placed fourth at the Raleigh Relays in the hammer throw with a distance of 60.58 meters (198-09.00 ft), 2'11" shy of his school record (202'8").
Also competing in the hammer throw for the Tigers was Mark Smith, who placed 12th with a distance of 54.01m (177-02.00 ft). Seamus Whelton placed ninth in 1,500m run with a time of 3:52.62. Ryan Teising finished sixth in the 10,000m with a time of 30.49 and Jeff DiChiara placed 26th, crossing the finish line in 32:04.80.
Josh Ordway and Austin Smith finished 26th and 27th with times of 14:59.57 and 15:02.45 in the men's 5000m.
At the Stanford Invitational, Tristan Colangelo finished in 14:12.61 John Kieliszak crossed the line in 14:15.61 to finish ninth and 26th in heat two of the 5,000m race. In the men's 800m Josh Kauke finished 15th with a time of 1:50.96.
