Tigers Hold Fourth After Day One At Navy Spring Invitational

Annapolis, Md. - The Princeton University men's golf team finished day one of the Navy Spring Intercollegiate with an 18-hole score of 313 and hold fourth place among 18 teams. Minnesota, ranked No. 22 by Golfweek Magazine, leads the tournament with a score of 301.
The tournament's individual leader is Minnesota's David Morgan. He shot a one-under par 70 and is two strokes up on second-place Chase Jones from Iona.
Navy is in second with a 305, Iona sits in third with a 311 and Georgetown is one stroke up on the Tigers with a day one team score of 312.
The 2002 Navy Spring Invitational concludes on Sunday with the final 18-holes played at the USNA Golf Course in Annapolis, Md.
