Kim Pearce Named ECAC Rookie of the Week

Princeton, N.J. - Princeton freshman Kim Pearce was named the ECAC Rookie of the Week following a five-point performance last weekend at Findlay. Pearce is the first Tiger to receive the honor this season.
Pearce posted a goal and an assist in Saturday's 4-1 win over the Oilers. She followed that performance up with a goal and two assists the following afternoon in a 4-2 win. With the five points, she now is tied for the team lead in points among freshmen with classsmate Laura Watt at eighth points.
Watt and senior Gretchen Anderson were named to the league's honor roll as weel. Both players scored two goals and added two assists in the weekend's games.
