Villanova, Pa. - The Princeton women's water polo team improved to 13-4 with an 11-2 win over Bucknell this morning in a match played at Villanova. Adele McCarthy-Beauvais and Megan Donahue led the Tiger offense with each scoring three goals in the game.
Princeton began the game strong by scoring four goals in the first quarter. At halftime, the Tigers held an 8-2 advantage. Princeton was also four-for-five in its six-on-five situations. Madeline McCarthy made 10 saves in the win.
Princeton returns to the water next weekend when the Tigers host ECAC's at DeNunzio Pool.
