Nikola Holmes and Megan Van Beusekom Named ECAC Players of the Week

Nikola Holmes and Megan Van Beusekom both earned ECAC women's hockey weekly honors this week following Princeton's weekend sweep of Dartmouth and Vermont. Holmes posted five points in two games, while Van Beusekom eanred both wins in net.
Princeton's captain Nikola Holmes helped the Tigers pass St. Lawrence in the ECAC standings in the final weekend of the regular season with a sweep of Dartmouth and Vermont. On Saturday she scored twice in Princeton's 3-2 win over Dartmouth and on Sunday she posted a goal and two assists in Princeton's 5-0 win over Vermont. Holmes was also named the US College Hockey Online Offensive Player of the Week.
Megan Van Beusekom earned two wins this weekend as Princeton climbed to third in the league standings. On Saturday, she stopped 32 shots as Princeton knocked off Dartmouth and on Sunday she shared in a shut out of Vermont. Van Beusekom was the runner-up for the USCHO defensive player of the week.
Princeton hosts Yale this weekend in the ECAC Quarterfinals.
