Men's Track Places Second At IC4A Championships

Princeton, N.J. - The Princeton men's track team scored 47 total points and placed second overall at the 2003 IC4A Championships at Weaver Stadium over the weekend. The TIgers were edged out by West Virginia (48 team points) for the team title.
Paul Lyons and Rockey Craley picked up points in the field on Sunday with Lyons taking second and Craley placing fifth in the shot put. Lyons registered a put of 57-02.25 while Craley posted a 54-10.75.
The 4x800-meter relay team picked up valuable points with a second-place showing in the final. Alexis Tingan, David Dean, Jon Kieliszak and Josh Kauke crossed the finish line in 7:26.44 for silver.
Also on the track, Jon Bell placed fourth in the 1,500 meters. Bell ran a 3:45.78 in Sunday's final.
