Buckeye, Ariz. - The Princeton men's golf team finished in a three way tie for eighth with Nebraska and Iowa State at the Steve Kerr Invitational at the Sundance Golf Club. Princeton shot a 294 in the third and final round earlier today to climb from 11th in the standings to the eighth place finish.
Josh Sawin was the top Tiger in a three-way tie for 19th. He shot a 72 in the final round to finish the tournament at +9. The 72 was his lowest round of the event. Creighton Page was the next finisher for the Tigers as he was in a tie for 22nd overall at +10.
Greg Johnson finished in 37th, Jason Gerken placed 55th, John Locke was 59th, David Huestis was 82nd and Brent Herlihy was 84th.
