Princeton, N.J. - The Princeton men's track team claimed three events at the Princeton Invitational earlier today at Jadwin Gymnasium. Jeff Byrne won the 3000, Mike Weishuhn took the high jump and Andrew Park claimed the pole vault.
Byrne ran the 3000 in a time of 8:43.9 to take the top spot. Weishuhn cleared 2.00 meters in the high jump to place first. Teammate Alex Willis made it two Tigers in the top three with his clearing of 1.95 for third.
Park cleared 4.95 meters in the ploe vault to lead a 1-2 Tiger finish in the event. Kyle Whitaker placed second.
Charles Ballew placed third in the mile, roughly three seconds begind Delaware's Brad Dodson. Kurk Kuehne and Ryan Truchelut finished second and third in the 800 meter hurdles, while Raymond Lenihan was third in the 60 hurdles.
Nathan Crumpton finished second in the long jump.
