Nightingale Finishes 10th In 5,000 At Penn Relays

A hotly-contested men's 5,000-meter "championship" race Thursday night at the Penn Relays at Franklin Field saw Princeton senior David Nightingale finish 10th in a field of 34 runners.
Nightingale's time for the 12 1/2 laps around the Franklin Field oval was 14:04.05. Six runners finished under 14 minutes in the top field.
Princeton also had Justin Pines competing in the race with Nightingale. He finished 19th in the field in 14:20.80.
