Two quick baskets by the Elis including a Colborne three-ball cut the Yale deficit to 16.
Five minutes later the Tigers regained its 21-point lead on a fast break layup from Edwards.
Princeton would hold Yale without a field goal for the final 7:19 as the Bulldogs would get just two field goals to make it 63-44 with 3:45 to play.
Putting the icing on the cake was a layup from senior Tani Brown, who made her first appearance on the court this semester due to an illness, to give the Tigers the 65-44 win.
