Women's Squash, Lacrosse Are Focused In Winter/Spring TigerCast
February 26, 2010 | Women's Lacrosse, Women's Squash
Senior Kaitlin Sennatt, who has won three national championships as a player on the women's squash team, and Chris Sailer, who has coached the women's lacrosse team to three NCAA titles, are featured on the latest edition of TigerCast.
Sennatt has been a member of the starting lineup for each of Princeton's three Howe Cup national championships since 2007, and she will be in the lineup for Princeton one more time this weekend, as the fourth-ranked Tigers take on fifth-ranked Yale to open play on Friday afternoon.
Sailer's team will begin a journey that it hopes will also end in a national championship this Saturday at Johns Hopkins. Sailer, one of the true coaching legends both at Princeton and in the sport of women's lacrosse, talks about the challenges with a young team this season and the advantage of starting an All-America in goal. Sailer also discusses the new Ivy League lacrosse tournament, which will debut this year (April 30-May 2).
