Hockey Teams Place 28 on ECAC All-Academic Teams

PRINCETON (6/22/11) - The Princeton men's and women's hockey teams placed a combined 28 players on the 2010-11 ECAC Hockey All-Academic Team as announced by the league on Wednesday.
Graduated seniors Taylor Fedun, Matt Godlewski and Cam Ritchie of the men's team and were four-time selections to the team. Sam Sabky earned his third All-Academic selection in his senior year as well. Three members of the Princeton women's team, Danielle DiCesare, Ann-Marie Elvin and Heather Landry also earned their third All-Academic nod. All three are rising seniors and have earned the honor in each of their years at Princeton.
Players are eligible for the All-Academic team if they earn a cumulative grade point average of at least a 3.00 on a 4.00 scale or have a GPA over 3.00 over the past three semesters.
