CWPA Names Seven Women?s Water Polo Players to Scholar-Athlete Team

Seven Princeton women's water polo players were named to the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Scholar-Athlete Team, it was announced Monday. Along with individual honors, the team was also recognized for boasting a cumulative grade point average (GPA) above 3.0.
The academic team recognizes student-athletes with GPAs of 3.20 or higher.
Saranna Soroka '13 led Princeton earning superior honors with a GPA between 3.41-3.7, concluding the 2013 tri-captain and history major's career as a four-time recipient.
Rising senior and 2014 co-captain Molly McBee '14 was named to the academic team for the third time, picking up excellent honors for her GPA between 3.20-3.4.
Joining McBee earning excellent honors were two-time recipients: Taylor Dunstan '15, Kelly Gross '15, Camille Hooks '15 and Laura Martinez '13, along with first-time honoree rising sophomore Pippa Temple '16.
The seven Tiger selections were also named to the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) All-Academic team earlier this month.
